Iftar Project (A New Concept To Support Poor People)
YSP Mansehra is intending to launch IFTAR PROJECT Throughout the District after the program has been launched by its parent body, Youth Senate Pakistan, at country level. YSP Mansehra will arrange for Iftar and dinner sitting in various places in the whole district with only and only sacrificial motives. We are eying at all those poor people of the district who are lacking in their food needs. We plan to provide food to all have-not families in the holy month of Ramadan. Our Team consist of District members and a larger number of volunteers who are working day night to meet the basic needs require to arrange this event in the whole month of Ramadan. We are trying to raise money to provide Iftar for all the have-not families in the backward nooks and corners of the district Mansehra using our network of Youth District Members and volunteers.

• Dates
• Rice
• Flour
• Sugar
• Ghee/Cooking Oil
• Lentils
• Milk (dry)
• Allowance for daily consumables; e.g. Bread, Milk, Butter etc

Special session of YSP Mansehra
We would try best to reach out those in desolate condition, in need of enough food and support. YSP Mansehra has started registration of poor and needy families for Iftaar/Ration Project.
Mansehra:(Aug 1, 2011) Youth Senate of Pakistan District Mansehra met for its regular monthly session in Hazara University Mansehra. All the members from the district were present in the meeting. Keeping in view the arrival of Ramadan, District members devised a plan for launching "Iftaar Project" in District Mansehra. Mansehra:(Apr 17, 2011) Youth Senate of Pakistan District Mansehra held introductory session at Department of English, Hazara University Mansehra under the president ship of District Coordinator, Muhammad Faraz. Speaking to the session the coordinator expressed that Leaders of the nation are required to have exemplary conduct, strong character and skills. The session was held to formulate a district setup and to sketch the policy for future plans. YSP district Mansehra has decided to take members from all the Tehsils of Mansehra District. After the Oath taking ceremony an executive body, comprising of advisors, was formed at district level to implement the vision of youth senate of Pakistan along with the coordination of district administration. The Executive body consists of Mr Muhammad Faraz Coordinator, Mr Danish Farid Khan Deputy Coordinator, Mr Zameer Hassan advisor for youth affairs, Mr KhurramShahzad Information, Mr Rashid social welfare, Mr Yasir Sultan Research and Planning and an advisory for women development has been reserved for female member.YSP Mansehra will soon contact District administration for assistance in smooth working. All the district members pledges to work for the betterment of youth and society. Deputy Coordinator Mr. Danish Farid Khan expressed his determination to effectively propagate the concept of youth senate across the district and throughout the country with full zeal." Youth Senate of Pakistan is a leading youth forum which provides an ordinary Pakistani an opportunity to implement his vision to bring change" said the Deputy Coordinator.The District session was attended by Mr. Zameer Hassan, Mr. Khurram Shahzad, and District members from Mansehra.
